Six plays taken from the Managers Handbook of the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. R. Butters 79 Fleet Street and sold by all the booksellers in Town and Country. ca.1720. 12mo approx 110mm x 180mm. Contemporary quarter calf on marbled boards in very worn condition, headbands missing. Some light foxing to the 5 engravings. Contemporary handwritten list of the plays on front fly paper: Engraving Mr King as Brass. The Confederacy by Sir John Vanbrugh PP 55.
