Single page unfolded map in excellent, clean condition.

Map engraved by Rapkin. Size approx 360 x 260mm. Original steel engraved map. Decorative border enclosing 5 panels of pictoral representation of: Waterfalls from highest to lowest of the Eastern Hemisphere, measured in feet: Overview of many Islands including Ceylon, Van Diemensland, Amlta and Java: The Lakes overview include the Caspian, Black and Aral Seas. Rivers are displayed in graduating length in Miles showing theYangtse and Lenesei as the longest and the Potomac and Forth as the shortest. Mountains are organised a mountainous formation, measure in feet, include Dhawalagiri and Ararat. Single page unfolded sheet in excellent, clean condition.
