Very wide margins, sheet size is approx. 490mm x 305mm and the engraved plate area is approx. 315mm x 240mm. Two tiny ink spots within print area. Blank edges lightly age-toned. Plate area bright, strong print. An attractive topographical view of Conway Castle from the estuary of the River Conway from the excursion made by Paul Sandby and Sir Watkin William Wynn in 1771. Scarce.
